                  POWER EXEC WITH ORDER EXPLOSION SOFTWARE


PROBLEM:       The system will hang or display "garbage" characters on the
               screen when attempting to run the Sara Lee Hosiery Order
               Explosion Software package.

CAUSE:         This is a third-party software problem and is not caused by
               the AST hardware or software.

SYSTEMS
AFFECTED:      Power Exec 4/25 SL

SOLUTION:      The third-party software producer must find and fix the
               problem.
