                    BRAVO MS AND BENCHMARKING PROGRAMS 

PROBLEM:     The Bravo MS P/60, P/75, P/90, and P/100 may show poor IDE
             performance when running programs like Norton's System 
             Information version 8.0.

CAUSE:       IDE enhancements may be turned off in BIOS.

SOLUTION:    Flash the system with system BIOS 1.05 or greater (AST part
             number 905558-310).

             To obtain the current BIOS, revision 1.05, do one of the 
             following:

                Download file 5558310.EXE from AST's BBS (817) 230-6850 
                in the "Systems" file area.
