   - System utilizes an MC146818 compatible hardware clock.
   
   - System properly handles year 2000 leap years. 
   
   - Automatic transition to Year 2000 is supported. 
   


NOTES

   This system supports automatic progression to the Year 2000 and 
   correctly supports leap year transitions.
