If you have reached this page, then you probably had problems finding information about your system or navigating through the Services and Support areas on the ARI Web site. This help page explains several key features of the Service and Support section; in addition, this page should help you navigate through the site to find support-related information you need for your computer. The contents of this help page are divided by the sections or information related to the sections you see on the Services and Support site.

Find the system part number:

One of the best steps to find support information about your system is to find the part number of the system. Part numbers are usually on the same sticker or plaqard as the serial number. This table should help you find the part number for your system.

Desktop Systems On most desktop systems, you can find the part number on the back or bottom of the systems chassis. The part number is usually on a white sticker and the number should begin with 50????-???. Click here if you need help finding the part number.
Server Systems On most server systems, you can find the part number on the back or bottom of the system's chassis The part number is usually on a white sticker and the number should begin with 50????-???. Click here if you need help finding the part number.
Portable Systems On the majority of portable systems, you can find the part number inside the battery cradle. On other portable systems, you can find the part number on the back or bottom of the system's chassis. If you own an Ascentia P you can find the part number under the top enclosure between the keyboard and the display. Click here if you need help finding the part number.
Other On other products you can usually find the part number on a white sticker or silk screened on the board. Click here if you need help finding the part number.

Enter the system part number:

This feature of the Services and Support Web site allows you to enter the part number of your system. Once you enter the part number for the system, you can find support-related information that is specific to the system part number that you entered.

Search ARI:

This engine will help you search entire sections of the site by entering keywords. You can enter the part number of the system or keywords such as "Crystal Audio" or "Yamaha." Although you do not have to use quotation marks to enter a single-word search; however, if you need to use quotation marks if you want to search for specific results, such as "Bravo" and "BIOS."

Find a file:

If you know the name of the file you are looking for, you can enter the filename in the Find a File: box. For example, if you are looking for a DOS boot disk, simply enter the filename:
